This allows a spouse/significant other/close friend or family to join in the Done in One session with the original purchaser at the same time. Up to approx. 90 mins for 2 to learn all about Advance Care Planning.

The Plus person gets all the same information and benefits as the original purchaser, up to and including Accountability!

1:1 session for education and to explore supports, primarily of emotional and spiritual at end of life. Virtually or in person is available. I will meet you where you are. Additional sessions may be purchased separately. Free call ahead of session if needed to discuss goals and expectations.
